Our team members receive ongoing training, structured mentorship, and career development in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.Position SummaryAs a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children, adolescents and adults, helping them build essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies. You&rsquo;ll implement individualized treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect behavior and skill acquisition data, and contribute meaningfully to each client&rsquo;s progress.Schedule Requirements<ul><li>Must be available Monday to Friday between 2:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.</li><li>Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00am and 3:00pm preferred but not required</li><li>Must commit to a minimum of 10 hours during the work week (i.e. not including weekends)</li></ul>These hours reflect the peak need for client services &mdash; consistency and reliability during this time block are essential for client progress and team coordination.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community settings</li><li>Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the BCBA</li><li>Accurately record and report session data using electronic data collection tools</li><li>Participate in team meetings and training sessions</li><li>Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding client progress in team meetings and trainings</li><li>Build rapport and create fun, engaging session environment</li><li>Uphold HIPAA&rsquo;s ethical and professional standards at all times</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A fun, upbeat personality with the energy to engage and support active children</li><li>A goal-driven mindset with a passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care</li><li>Strong communication skills &mdash; both written and verbal &mdash; to connect with clients and teammates</li><li>A team player who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment</li><li>Willingness to travel to clients&rsquo; homes &mdash; reliable transportation, a valid driver&rsquo;s license, and proof of auto insurance are required</li><li>Readiness to complete onboarding and attend initial paid training</li><li>Previous experience with individuals with autism or special needs is a plus &mdash; whether through school, work, volunteering, or personal connections</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or GED (required)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field is highly preferred</li><li>Candidates with relevant experience in ABA or working with individuals with developmental disabilities highly preferred</li><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>Reliable personal transportation</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and active auto insurance</li><li>Ability to travel to and from client homes and/or community settings (drive time included)</li><li>Must complete all onboarding steps and attend a paid initial training period</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities</li><li>Must obtain criminal background clearance (reimbursement provided)</li><li>Must provide proof of a negative TB test</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to engage in physical activity with children, including sitting on the floor, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and moving quickly as needed to support client safety</li><li>Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally</li><li>Comfort working in home environments that may vary in setup, noise level, and distractions</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Small, supportive team environment where your contributions matter</li><li>Competitive hourly rates with performance incentives</li><li>Bilingual?
