We have grown from zero to 8 figures in annual revenue and are scaling rapidly across the US, UK, EU, and beyond.Creative is our growth engine.We do not produce content for aesthetics.We produce ads that convert, scale, and drive revenue.We operate with fast testing cycles, tight feedback loops, and performance-driven decision making.We are building a team of creative operators &mdash; not production machines.&mdash;[2] The RoleAs a Video Creative Strategist, you will own performance-driven creative from concept to execution.This is not just a &ldquo;video editor&rdquo; role.You will be responsible for turning insights into scalable ad creatives.This role works closely with the marketing and performance team and directly impacts revenue growth.&mdash;[3] What You'll DoCreative Strategy &amp; Concept Development:<ul><li>⁠ Develop and execute ad creative concepts based on performance insights and briefs</li><li>Generate AI-based video content using tools such as Hailou, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield, or similar</li><li>⁠Edit and optimize videos for performance marketing (UGC-style, hooks, fast pacing, etc.)</li><li>⁠Plan and execute 50+ video concepts per week from idea to final output, focusing on strong hooks, angles, and clear messaging over heavy effects</li><li>⁠Adapt creatives for different platforms (Meta, TikTok, advertorials, landing pages)</li><li>Create multiple variations of winning creatives (hooks, captions, cuts, formats)</li><li>Manage bulk exporting, naming conventions, and asset organization</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to iterate based on performance metrics and engagement signals</li><li>Apply understanding of customer psychology to improve hooks, angles, and overall creative performance</li></ul>&mdash;[4] What We're Looking ForMust-haves:<ul><li>Proven experience editing short-form ads that drove revenue (not just engagement)</li><li>Strong understanding of ad structures on Meta &amp; other high-converting channels.</li><li>Ability to think in hooks, angles, and customer psychology</li><li>Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editing software)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality</li><li>Comfortable working with AI tools for content generation</li></ul>Nice-to-haves:<ul><li>D2C brand experience</li><li>Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, and retention metrics</li><li>Experience scaling paid ads</li><li>Ability to break down and articulate why a creative worked</li><li>Experience building structured creative testing frameworks</li></ul>&mdash;[5] What You'll Get<ul><li>USD $1,000-$1,500 / month (40 hours/week)</li><li>Competitive monthly compensation (based on experience and performance)</li><li>Performance-based growth and rate increases tied to impact</li><li>Direct exposure to paid media strategy and scaling frameworks</li><li>Full ownership of creative testing systems</li><li>A remote, high-performance team environment</li><li>Real influence over growth strategy</li><li>Opportunity to evolve into a senior creative or creative lead role</li></ul>&mdash;[6] HOW TO APPLYSubmit your application here:https://forms.gle/9TnG3HX43X8ny8uz5You will be asked to:<ul><li>Upload your most updated CV</li><li>Share a portfolio or showreel focused on short-form ads</li><li>Complete a required creative + editing test</li></ul>The test is unpaid and helps us evaluate your thinking, speed, and creative logic.
