Job Title: Home Care Nurse &ndash; Baby CareLocation: BangaloreEmployment Type: Full-time / ShiftWorking Hours: 24 hrs / 10 hrsSalary: As per industry standardsJob Summary:We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and qualified Home Care Nurse to provide specialized care for infants and babies in a home setting. The ideal candidate should have a background in pediatric or neonatal nursing, along with a passion for nurturing and supporting early childhood development in a safe and hygienic environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide daily health monitoring and nursing care for the baby (feeding, bathing, massaging, diapering, making the bed, and understanding the baby&rsquo;s routine).</li><li>Monitor vital signs (temperature) and track developmental milestones.</li><li>Administer medication and manage medical needs under pediatric supervision.</li><li>Administer medicines through IV/IM as per pediatrician&rsquo;s advice.</li><li>Maintain hygiene, safety, and comfort of the baby at all times.</li><li>Prepare and sterilize feeding bottles and baby care equipment.</li><li>Support breastfeeding or formula feeding as per parental/doctor&rsquo;s instructions.</li><li>Keep detailed records of the baby&rsquo;s health, feeding, sleeping, and behavior patterns.</li><li>Educate and support parents on infant care and health practices.</li><li>Coordinate with pediatricians and follow medical guidance when required.</li><li>Ensure emotional and social stimulation through age-appropriate activities.</li><li>Accompany parents for the baby&rsquo;s regular hospital visits.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM or equivalent)</li><li>Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN)</li><li>Certifications: Additional certification in Pediatric Care preferred</li><li>Experience: Previous experience in infant or pediatric care is an advantage.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of infant care and hygiene</li><li>Excellent observational and communication skills</li><li>Patience, empathy, and professionalism</li><li>Ability to work independently and maintain discretion.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in home care settings</li><li>Experience with premature or medically complex infants</li><li>Multilingual abilities (if applicable to the family&rsquo;s language)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
