Sales&middot; Ensure smooth functioning of sales at shop with adequate products availability.&middot; Ensure the cleanliness of all the products and environment and follow the proper safety precautions.&middot; Raise product request to concern project head and maintain adequate inventory to sale products at outlet as per the standard.&middot; Ensure better display of all products and ensure care label and pricing details in all products.&middot; Monitor all the inventory and accessories in the shop and report if any damages and wastages at outlet.&middot; Greet customers politely and provide adequate information to customers.&middot; Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients.&middot; Maintain relationships with clients and staff by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommend new opportunities.&middot; Monitor sales volume, revenues, and cost and improve the sales in sales point.&middot; Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.&middot; Ensure all the products meet the quality standards of the company.&middot; Assist with in charge in sales return and refilling stock in sales outlets as needed.&middot; Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.&middot; Collect feedback and resolve customer queries in an effective manner.&middot; Maintain bill and ensure prompt cash collection.&middot; Maintain records for all inventory and sales and report to finance and project in charge.&middot; Inform customer complaints to the project In-charge as well as to Admin.&middot; Perform QC and packaging as needed.&middot; Coordinate with all projects In charge for periodic delivery and purchase requirements as needed.&middot; Provide day to day, monthly or periodic reports to finance and admin.&middot; Participate in all the meetings, events, programs, and stalls organized by the management.&middot; Aware of products and services provided by all projects and provide clear and relevant information when collaborating with them.Assist with In-Charge for other admin related tasks as requiredDelivery:&middot; Coordinate with all project incharge for day-to-day and periodic delivery and purchase requirements.&middot; Deliver orders within an optimal period of time, ensure quality and freshness of food products.&middot; Safely operate a vehicle in all types of weather conditions&middot; Coordinate with Incharge to Verify orders before each delivery and maintain a detailed, comprehensive delivery log.&middot; Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods.&middot; Verify each product and ensure that you have every item stocked up with proper information for delivery.&middot; Plan daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.&middot; Carefully loading and unloading all packages.&middot; Accept and record payment for delivered packages.&middot; Answer customers&rsquo; questions and respond to complaints in a professional manner and report to admin.&middot; Obtain customers signature on delivery challan or paper upon completion of each delivery.&middot; Ensure cleaning, refueling, and maintaining the company vehicle.&middot; Assist with incharge in sales return and refilling stock in sales outlets as needed.&middot; Promptly report any road accidents and traffic violations to the company.&middot; Inform customer complaints to the project In-charge as well as to Admin.&middot; Perform QC and packaging as needed.&middot; Ensure the availability of delivery boxes, covers, bags , tapes and pens and other purchase and delivery related items and report to admin.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 42 per weekExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
