The Lab Incharge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic&rsquo;s laboratory, ensuring accuracy in test results, maintaining quality standards, and supervising lab staff and resources.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Laboratory Operations</li><li>Oversee daily functioning of the clinic laboratory.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate testing, reporting, and documentation.</li><li>Maintain lab equipment and instruments in good working condition.</li><li>Quality &amp; Compliance</li><li>Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and local regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Implement and monitor quality control procedures.</li><li>Maintain proper record-keeping of samples, reports, and lab activities.</li><li>Team Management</li><li>Supervise and guide lab technicians and support staff.</li><li>Schedule duties and ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Provide training to staff on procedures and safety practices.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Procurement</li><li>Manage stock of reagents, chemicals, and consumables.</li><li>Raise purchase requests and coordinate with vendors.</li><li>Keep proper records of usage and wastage.</li><li>Patient Care Support</li><li>Ensure professional handling of patient samples.</li><li>Communicate with doctors for clarifications on test requirements.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of patient reports.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).</li><li>1-5 years of relevant lab experience, preferably in a clinic.</li><li>Strong knowledge of clinical testing procedures and lab equipment.</li><li>Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with health &amp; safety regulations.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,980.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
