Background</div>
<p>
The CRHR-BRAVE project aims to strengthen <b>climate resilience, disaster preparedness, WASH practices, and community protection systems</b> in climate-vulnerable districts of Pakistan through participatory and culturally appropriate approaches.</p>

Objective of the Assignment</div>
<p>
To plan, develop, and perform <b>interactive street theatre shows</b> that promote key messages on:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>WASH and hygiene practices</p>
</li>
<li><p>Open Defecation Free (ODF) communities</p>
</li>
<li><p>Climate resilience and disaster preparedness</p>
</li>
<li><p>Community well-being and protection</p>
</li>
</ul><div>Scope of Work</div>
<p>
The selected theatre group will:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Develop culturally relevant, gender-responsive scripts in consultation with CARE</p>
</li>
<li><p>Conduct community visits for contextual understanding</p>
</li>
<li><p>Perform street theatre shows in selected villages of <b>Sujawal and Badin</b> as per agreed schedule</p>
</li>
<li><p>Engage communities during performances and reinforce key messages</p>
</li>
<li><p>Collect audience feedback and submit brief performance reports</p>
</li>

<ul>
<li><p>Finalized street theatre scripts</p>
</li>
<li><p>Periodic street theatre performances in targeted villages</p>
</li>
<li><p>Performance and feedback reports</p>
</li>
</ul><div>Required Qualifications</div>
<ul>
<li><p>Proven experience in <b>street theatre</b>, preferably with <b>international NGOs</b></p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong understanding of <b>development and humanitarian themes</b></p>
</li>
<li><p>Availability of <b>Sindhi-speaking male and female actors</b></p>
</li>
<li><p>Familiarity with local context of Sindh</p>
</li>
