Medical Receptionist Needed for Full Time and PRN</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Description</b></h3><p>
This position is the face of the clinic and you must have a friendly outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Be available to work at least 2 weekends a month and evenings.</p><p>
The responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>
Greeting patients and other visitors</li><li>
Patient registration and accepts payments for physician/clinic services.</li><li>
Monitors Patient flow</li><li>
Receives and directs busy multi-line phone system</li><li>
Verify insurance</li><li>
Collect co-pays, deductibles and any outstanding balances</li><li>
Balancing cash/credit card receipts</li><li>
Maintain faxes daily</li></ul><p>
 The full time position qualifies for paid time off, bonuses, paid holidays and can elect vision/dental and IRA
</p>Requirements:<p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Available to work weekends and evenings (a must)</li><li>
Experience in medical office preferred but not required</li><li>
Excellent communication skills</li><li>
Problem solver</li><li>
Customer Service Orientation</li><li>
Dependable</li><li>
