The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing influencers, executing influencer campaigns, negotiating deals, and coordinating with brands. You will work closely with creators and internal teams to deliver high-performing content and successful campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Sourcing &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with content creators, agencies, and talent managers.</li><li>Maintain influencer databases and category-wise lists.</li></ul>Campaign Execution<ul><li>Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.</li><li>Coordinate with influencers about briefs, deadlines, deliverables, and posting schedules.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content as per brand guidelines.</li></ul>Negotiation &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.</li><li>Prepare contracts, agreements, and ensure compliance with brand expectations.</li><li>Act as a communication bridge between influencers and brand teams.</li></ul>Content &amp; Strategy Support<ul><li>Review influencer content for quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.</li><li>Support in creating campaign ideas, briefing documents, and creative scripts.</li><li>Suggest relevant influencer categories, trends, and strategies to improve campaign results.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Track campaign performance, deliverables, and metrics (views, engagement, reach, impressions).</li><li>Prepare detailed performance reports and insights post campaign.</li><li>Optimize future campaigns based on data and performance reports.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency (mandatory).</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator economy trends.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience working with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.</li><li>Understanding of paid partnerships, affiliate campaigns, and influencer tools/platforms.</li><li>Ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,318.44 - &#8377;33,438.34 per monthWork Location: In person
