<p>As Executive/Personal Assistantto the GM/CEO, you will play a mission-criticalrole in enabling high-level efficiency and strategic focus at the leadership level. You&rsquo;ll help streamline scheduling, communication, research, and logistics&mdash;ensuring that the GM/CEO remains focused on scaling partnerships, growth initiatives, and cross-office alignment.</p><br>

<p>This is a hands-on role for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve rapidly.</p>
<ul><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2></li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Manage the GM/CEO&rsquo;s calendar, including internal and external meetings, events, and investor/stakeholderengagements<ul><li>
Prepare agendas, attend meetings as needed, and document minutes, decisions, and follow-ups</li><li>
Coordinate communication between the Saudi and Jordan (Amman) teams, ensuring alignment and timely responses</li><li>
Support with travel logistics and planning, including itineraries,bookings, and event coordination</li><li>
Conduct light researchand prepare briefs to supportpartnerships, market outreach, and business development</li><li>
Draft, review, or format internaldocuments, presentations, or communication on behalf of the GM/CEO</li><li>
Track ongoing priorities and help manage executive-level tasks, reminders, and deadlines</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact when needed for internal teams and external stakeholders</li></ul></li></ul><br>

<ul><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in startups, tech, or high- growth sectors</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic</li><li>
Exceptional organizational, planning, and time managementskills</li><li>
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality</li><li>
Proficient in productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, Notion, etc.)</li></ul></li></ul><br>
