 What you&rsquo;ll be doing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Developing a strong network of talent through a variety of sourcing strategies such as social media, LinkedIn, referrals, job postings, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting virtual, phone, and in-person interviews with candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable making hundreds of calls a day.
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning and executing large-scale hiring events throughout Los Angeles and other major markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicating assignment details to candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with Event Managers to identify the right talent for specific clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining databases with up-to-date and accurate information.
 </li>

 What you will need:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Great customer service mindset
 </li>

 Excellent communicator and problem-solver
 </li>

 Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and maintain unwavering poise under pressure

 Highly organized with a knack for building relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be comfortable with technology

 <li>
 Sharp eye for detail and precision
 </li>

 Innate ability to connect with people
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in recruiting and events
