The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales documents and reports, and ensuring smooth order execution. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial setup.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder &amp; Sales Coordination<ul><li>Process customer orders from receipt to final delivery</li><li>Ensure order accuracy, timely dispatch, and proper documentation</li><li>Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams</li></ul>Customer Support<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for customers</li><li>Respond to queries related to products, pricing, delivery status, and availability</li><li>Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues</li></ul>Sales Documentation<ul><li>Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, order confirmations, and contracts</li><li>Maintain proper records of all sales-related documents</li></ul>CRM &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Update and maintain customer and lead data in CRM software</li><li>Track sales progress, follow-ups, and order status</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Dispatch Coordination<ul><li>Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse team</li><li>Ensure timely shipment and delivery of products</li></ul>Internal Communication<ul><li>Coordinate between sales, marketing, production, and dispatch teams</li><li>Support the sales team with data, reports, and follow-ups</li></ul>Sales Support &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning</li><li>Support the sales team in identifying repeat and new business opportunities</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>4&ndash;5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support Executive</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, blowers, HVAC, or engineering products is preferred</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Customer-focused and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and pressure</li></ul>Reporting To<ul><li>Sales Manager / Head &ndash; Sales</li></ul>Interested candidates can apply directly through Indeed or share their resume as per the application instructions.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;32,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bahadurgarh, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>sales coordination or sales support: 4 years (Required)</li><li>manufacturing or industrial company: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bahadurgarh, Haryana (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
