We generate thousands of leads every month through digital marketing and are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer to scale our campaigns and brand presence.Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer who has strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with graphic designing and basic video editing skills to create high-converting creatives for social media and paid campaigns.This role combines Performance Marketing + Creative Execution.Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram Ads)</li><li>Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing)</li><li>Generate quality leads at the lowest CPL</li><li>A/B test ads, copies, audiences, and funnels</li><li>Track ROI, conversions, and prepare weekly performance reports</li><li>Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns</li></ul>Creative &amp; Content<ul><li>Design social media posts, banners, and ad creatives</li><li>Create Instagram posts, reels, and promotional creatives</li><li>Edit short videos for ads, reels, and YouTube</li><li>Coordinate content ideas with the marketing team</li><li>Maintain brand consistency</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in Digital Marketing</li><li>Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search &amp; Display)</li><li>Understanding of lead generation funnels</li><li>Graphic design tools: Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator</li><li>Video editing tools: CapCut / Premiere Pro / Filmora or similar</li><li>Basic knowledge of analytics (Google Analytics, Excel)</li><li>Creative thinking + performance mindset</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience in education/ed-tech marketing</li><li>Landing page optimization knowledge</li><li>Copywriting skills</li><li>SEO basics</li></ul>Key Traits We&rsquo;re Looking For✔ Data-driven ✔ Creative thinker ✔ Fast executor ✔ Result-oriented ✔ Can work independentlySalary Range₹18,000 &ndash; ₹30,000 per month (based on skills &amp; experience)<ul><li>Performance incentives</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable in increase digital sales for the centre?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Preet Vihar, Delhi, Delhi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
