The Regional Director of Operations will lead and oversee Career TEAM's workforce development projects, with the potential to manage additional cities and projects as the organization continues to grow. This position is pivotal in driving the execution of the strategic plan within the region, ensuring excellence and integrity in workforce development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Workforce Development, encompassing core programs, business strategies, and the broader operational landscape. Your Impact on Career Team's Success:
<ul>
<li>Oversees all operations to include successful implementation of workforce operations, company policies and procedures, quality assurance, and financial initiatives. Ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations including financial, internal quality outcomes, external quality outcomes and customer relationships;</li>
<li>Oversees the development of the annual operating and capital budgets for each location and ensures expenses comply with budget constraints and revenue meets or exceeds budgeted goals;</li>
<li>Develops and maintains contact with current funding sources, potential funding sources and, if applicable, local and state legislators and political leaders;</li>
<li>Ensures locations are compliant with client/funding source and regulatory requirements, Company and Corporate policies and procedures;</li>
<li>Ensures the provision of quality service consistent with applicable laws/regulations and corporate policies/guidelines/standards. Oversees and participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities;</li>
<li>Supervisor of local Executive Directors;</li>
<li>Responsible for market growth in assigned region;</li>
<li>Approves bid/contract development and submission, as necessary;</li>
<li>Ensures implementation of corporate initiatives and directives;</li>
<li>Approach each day and task with a &quot;ZAG&quot; mindset;</li>
<li>Other duties and projects as needed.</li>
</ul>
Ideal Qualifications for this Role Include:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree;</li>
<li>A minimum of five years experience with the proven ability to effectively manage systems, processes, and people;</li>
<li>Experience in Workforce Development preferred;</li>
<li>Five plus years of supervisory experience;</li>
<li>Proficiency in Spanish preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrates the experience or ability for strategic development and management at an executive level;</li>
<li>The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient maintain a high-level of confidentiality;</li>
<li>Knowledge about the local region and relevant partners (preferred);</li>
<li>The capability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, including the ability to perform and complete a high volume of work assignments with speed and accuracy, work cooperatively with others and showing courteousness and a high level of professionalism;</li>
<li>The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, handle personnel matters effectively, and handle employee and personnel inquiries with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy;</li>
<li>Able to travel locally and within the assigned region;</li>
</ul>
Travel: Up to 50% regional travel is expected.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000<div>
