<div>Drata is looking for a seasoned Web Engineering Lead to architect and scale drata.com, transforming it into a high-performance growth engine. As the lead hands-on engineer on our web team, you'll drive strategy, lead cross-functional technical efforts, and build experiences that align with our full-funnel marketing strategy. You'll be hands-on in code, but also shape architecture, vendor integrations, analytics instrumentation, and site governance.

<ul><li>Own front-end and back-end strategy and execution for drata.com</li>
<li>Lead technical execution of redesigns, A/B tests, personalization, and SEO optimizations</li>
<li>Design and implement scalable web components and CMS architecture (Contentful)</li>
<li>Manage Vercel-based deployments</li>
<li>Instrument web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), conversion tracking, and event modeling</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with growth, corporate, and product marketing teams</li>
<li>Identify and integrate new tools for experimentation, performance, and testing</li>

<ul><li>6-10+ years of engineering experience with deep exposure to modern web stacks</li>
<li>Expertise in React, TypeScript, Next JS and building performant, modular front-ends</li>

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.

Tier 1: $157,100 - $194,000

Tier 2: $141,400 - $174,600

Tier 3: $125,700 - $155,200

Web Engineering Lead, Marketing (Remote)

<div>We're looking for a Web Experience Engineer to help build and optimize our marketing site, making drata.com a high-converting, high-performing destination. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building new features, optimizing performance, and scaling the marketing website for the next phase of growth. You'll collaborate closely with teams across marketing to implement modern web features, components, and data tracking that drive results.

<li>Support component design, content modeling, and CMS (Contentful) integration</li>

<li>Optimize site performance (Core Web Vitals), SEO, and page load speed</li>
