CareGivers America, a Modivcare Personal Care Service is looking for a RN Instructor/Educator. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients by ensuring our caregivers have the skills needed to deliver outstanding care.

<li>Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM</li>
<li>Main Office: 718 S. State Street, Clarks Summit, PA 18411</li>
<li>Branches to cover: Clarks Summit and Selinsgrove. Company vehicle may be used for travel between locations.</li>

You will...
 
<ul>
<li>Conduct training classes and programs for HHA's.</li>
<li>Manage all HHA trainings, presentations, and maintain an organized classroom environment.</li>
<li>Impart the requirements of the relevant workplace setting to existing HHA students.</li>
<li>Collaborate with management and other trainers to develop and improve training curriculum.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.</li>
<li>Coordinate and conduct in-service programs for All CareGivers America assigned branches.</li>
<li>The RN Instructor/Educator must be able to perform and assist with all administrative functions of a registered nurse within the scope of practice as outlined by regulatory agencies such as the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.</li>

We are excited to speak to someone with the following…
 
<ul>
<li>Must have current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the state of Pennsylvania.</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years of Nursing Experience required.</li>
<li>Minimum of one (1) year of Home Health experience required.</li>
<li>1 year of direct supervision Home Health Aides (HHA's) or Personal Care Aides (PCA's) required.</li>
<li>Strong Clinical leadership and management skills, good interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships, and a high level of initiative and creative problem-solving ability required.</li>
<li>Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required.</li>
