 Roles and Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Execute weekly procurement plans efficiently to ensure timely order placement as per demand plan and avoid production delays.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build strong supplier ties, negotiate MOQs and costs, exclusivity and ensure clear communication and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identification of Suppliers, manufacturers for the products in personal care appliances like electric toothbrushes, massagers, trimmers, etc.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 &bull; New vendor development, new product development and launch
 
 
 &bull; Agreement and rates finalization with suppliers, with all terms &amp; conditions
 
 
 &bull; Continuous process improvement in terms of procurement from cost &amp; quality perspective
 
 
 &bull; Branding/Packing management for supplier's material
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Candidate Profile
 
 
 
 &bull; The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes.
 
 
 &bull; Vendor Management Extensive experience in supplier/vendor management, agreement finalization.
 
 
 &bull; Sourcing/ Purchase experience in e-commerce domain is a big plus.
 
 
 &bull; Technical Skills Advance Excel and Google spreadsheets.
 
 
 &bull; Customer Centric The ideal candidate is energetic, and driven by an environment where strategy, innovation and decision-making are distributed, where feedback, speed and data are highly valued and colleagues at all levels hold each other to unusually high standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Key Skills:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education level: Graduate
 
 
 Language skills: Mandarin (compulsory)
 
 
 Experience: Merchandizing/Sourcing
 
 
 The candidate should be able to solve business problems and effective in making high judgement decisions at rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action in a fast pace environment.
