The Assistant Manager - Maintenance, will plan basic routine maintenance on our plant assets and equipment following established program guidelines. In this role, you will develop detailed job plans to improve the work force efficiency and quality by identifying the elements of an executable work package. You will provide general knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices in the completion of planning and prioritizing basic tasks and providing quality work that supports organizational goals.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Accountabilities</b></h2>
</div><div><p><b>
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</b><b>:</b></p><ul><li>
Research and compile information and feedback necessary to generate highly effective and detailed job plans.</li><li>
Initiate the procurement of materials, special tools and unique items required in the job plans using relevant maintenance programs and database tools.</li><li>
Prepare detailed job plans as required on general maintenance activities and schedule downtime and partner with more senior team members to identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce lost production.</li><li>
Maintain custom databases to support specific work projects and processes.</li><li>
Plan the execution of basic repair procedures and tasks to ensure compliance with the fundamental plant maintenance procedures and practices.</li><li>
Review all completed work orders for completeness and accuracy and update the machinery history data in the tracking system as required.</li><li>
Provide reports to keep the maintenance leaders informed of work progress and future work schedules.</li><li>
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Responsibilities</b></h2>

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</b><b>:</b></p><ul><li>
Breakdown Maintenance, preventive Maintenance activities and related documentation. accurate and intime completion of records related to engineering activities.</li><li>
CAPEX project activities and related documentation, raising purchase requests. Procurements of spares, equipment, and maintenance materials in coordination with CSSP.</li><li>
Training the manpower in maintenance and utilities.</li><li>
Renewal of boiler licence, renewal of AMCs, CMCs and calibrations of plant equipment &amp; measuring devices, legal metrology activities like weighing scale stamping.</li><li>
Amending of all plant layouts and utility layouts &amp; approval of the same from authorities wherever applicable.</li><li>
Maintaining the plant, machinery, equipment, measuring devices and critical safety devices as per EHS and FSQR requirements.</li><li>
Implementing EHS programs, FSQR programs, manufacturing excellence programs, reliability excellence programs, value creation projects and any other programs related to engineering &amp; maintenance.</li><li>
Operating the engineering department within the allotted budget, preparing engineering department budget.</li><li>
Maintaining of Critical spares to avoid any delays due to non-availability of spares. Accurate maintenance of inventory of spares and engineering materials</li><li>
Initiation, completion, and submission of URS to CSSP in coordination with all applicable departments</li><li>
New installations of equipment&rsquo;s and accessories should follow DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ Procedures as per Schedule-M requirements.</li><li>
Inter plant transfer of assets and sending assets for repair to the vendors &amp; ensure receipt of the same which are returnable.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</b><b>:</b></p><br>
<p></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree BE in Mechanical or equivalent.</li><li>
5-8 Years API/ Bulk drug plant or related field, Herbal, Chemicals.</li></ul><p><b><br>
PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES</b><b>:</b></p><br>
<p></p><ul><li>
Perform the function of monitoring technical work performed by contractors.</li><li>
Ensure ongoing mechanical, electrical and structural integrity of plant equipment and ensure alignment with company and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Provide reports to keep the maintenance leaders informed of work progress and future work schedules.</li><li>
Utility, Infrastructure and Equipment Maintenance</li><li>
Exposure in engineering projects</li><li>
Experience in engineering spares management, Prefer for SAP knowledge.</li><li>

As a Merchant, you will be responsible for managing the grains program in Egypt trading corn &amp; wheat . This role is very dynamic where you will also handle vessel and delivery coordination, oversee documentation and pricing processes, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of trades, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Accountabilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Study the international and local market and identify market trends.</li><li>Forecast demand while analyzing consumption patterns.</li><li>Utilize Cargill infrastructure storage capacity in Dekhaila port.</li><li>Monitor stock availability at the port and update internal systems with daily transactions.</li><li>Serve our customers with market insights and develop good / strong relations.</li><li>Sell corn and wheat in Usd and in Egp according to our game plan.</li><li>Price premium contracts on the Chicago board of trade.</li><li>Collaborate with the supply chain team to follow up on vessel status and accounting team to monitor customer payments.</li><li>Calculate provisional pricing for customers based on global benchmarks.</li><li>Manage premium contract pricing and lead contract creation and revision based on origin-specific terms.</li><li>Manage the Pnl of the company with global Cargill teams.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance , economics , or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in trading, investment banking , securities , or institutional capital markets. Also being exposed to commodity markets is highly desirable.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and internal systems.</li><li>Good knowledge of commodity markets and pricing principles.</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic.</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skill.</li><li>Availability outside regular hours is essential to support operational efficiency.</li></ul></div></div></div><p><b>
