 10&ndash;15 years of B2B sales experience.
 </li>

 5 years of experience in the UAE within the supply chain and logistics industry
 
 
 (preferred)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to lead sales teams and consistently meet/exceed targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid UAE driving license with a willingness to travel for client meetings
 </li>
