AutoPhone is an AI-powered voice automation platform that enables businesses to automate inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and scale customer engagement using human-like AI calling agents.AutoPhone is sold as a B2B AI service with usage-based pricing, API integrations, and enterprise-grade deployments.Role OverviewWe are hiring a hands-on Sales Director who can own revenue end-to-end.This role is not for:- Operations leaders- Project managers- Government-only sellers- Sales managers who don't closeThis role is for someone who has:- Built B2B sales from scratch- Sold complex, intangible tech (AI / SaaS / CPaaS)- Carried quotas personally- Built and led sales teams- Closed enterprise and mid-market dealsYou will report directly to the founder and will be accountable for ARR growth, pipeline health, and sales execution.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy &amp; Go-To-Market- Design and own the B2B sales strategy for AutoPhone (ICP, verticals, pricing logic, deal structure)- Define target industries (real estate, healthcare, fintech, logistics, call-center replacement, etc.)- Create sales playbooks, pitch decks, objection handling frameworks, and ROI narratives2. Revenue Ownership &amp; Execution- Personally close high-value B2B deals (mid-market &amp; enterprise)- Manage complex sales cycles (multiple stakeholders, pilots, procurement, security, pricing)- Own CRM, pipeline stages, deal velocity, and conversion metrics- Negotiate contracts, pricing models, pilots, and enterprise rollouts3. Forecasting &amp; Sales Analytics- Build sales projections, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and revenue models- Track KPIs: pipeline value, win rates, CAC, deal cycle length, ARR/MRR- Report clearly and honestly on sales performance4. Key Account &amp; Enterprise Management- Manage and expand strategic corporate accounts- Drive upsells (usage expansion, new use cases, additional departments)- Maintain executive-level relationships with clients5. Team Building &amp; Leadership- Hire, train, and manage: Account Executives, SDRs / BDRs- Define commission structures and performance targets- Coach the team on selling AI, value-based pricing, and consultative sellingRequired Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)- 8&ndash;10+ years of B2B sales experience- Proven experience selling AI, SaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, or API-based solutions- Demonstrated ability to: Build a sales strategy, Execute it personally, Scale a sales team- Experience handling complex sales cycles (30&ndash;180 days)- Strong enterprise negotiation skills- Experience creating sales forecasts and revenue projections- Experience managing corporate / enterprise clients- MBA or DBA preferred (or equivalent proven SaaS sales leadership track record)- Excellent English (Arabic is a plus)Strongly Preferred Background- AI voice agents, chatbots, or automation platforms- Call-center replacement / CX automation- Usage-based or per-minute pricing models- Selling to real estate, healthcare, fintech, logistics, or large service businessesJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
