Overview At Carilly, we think our families are superheroes! Even superheroes need some help! We are seeking a full time nanny for a family with 1 child. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide attentive childcare, support developmental milestones, and foster a joyful atmosphere. As a dedicated caregiver, you will play a vital part in guiding children through their daily routines while ensuring their safety, happiness, and growth.Duties<ul><li>Provide attentive supervision and care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.</li><li>Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises that promote learning and creativity.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas.</li><li>Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns.</li><li>Support children with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, nap times, and diaper changes.</li><li>Collaborate with parents to follow specific care plans, behavioral guidelines, and developmental goals.</li><li>Assist with light household chores related to children&rsquo;s belongings and activities to ensure a tidy living space.</li><li>Use patience and understanding when working with children with disabilities or special needs to foster inclusivity and comfort.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in nannying, babysitting, daycare work, or childcare roles with a focus on infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children.</li><li>Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred to ensure safety at all times.</li><li>Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for young children&rsquo;s dietary requirements.</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and caregivers.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and care needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
