Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
The RN Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.</li><li>
The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.</li><li>
The RN Supervisor regular rounds on nursing units.</li><li>
The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.</li><li>
The Registered Nurse Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.</li></ul>
