We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Central Oregon team. This position has opportunities to serve multiple communities in Central Oregon, depending on current needs. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide nursing care and services including:<ul><li>
Nurse delegation per OSBN</li><li>
Complete resident health assessments</li><li>
Monitoring of resident overall health</li><li>
Communication with physicians and outside providers</li><li>
Investigation of injuries involving residents or staff</li><li>
Tracking and auditing of medication and treatment orders</li><li>
Part of service planning team</li><li>
Coordination of resident care</li><li>
Participate in care conferences</li><li>
Participate and direct quality assurance investigations</li><li>
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>
Participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings</li><li>
Communicate with state and assist in surveys</li><li>
Help foster a positive team attitude in the community</li><li>
AND anything that helps staff coordinate consistent, quality care and service in the facility. Other items as requested by the Administrator and/or anything else that is needed to keep the facility operating smoothly.</li></ul>

Requirements:

Requirements:<ul><li>
Degree in Nursing and a current state license</li><li>
Understanding of state and federal regulations</li><li>
Good computer skills</li><li>
Ability to lift, push or pull 35 pounds, up to 30 times per shift</li><li>
Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach</li><li>
Commitment to the safe practices, infection control, residents&rsquo; rights</li><li>
Strong communication skills and congenial personality</li></ul>
