<ul><li><p><b>Lead with Heart:</b> Recruit, train, and support caregivers to deliver the best home care possible.</p>
</li><li><p><b>Stay Connected to Care:</b> Step in to provide direct care when needed &mdash; you'll never lose touch with the hands-on work you love.</p>
</li><li><p><b>Support Clients &amp; Families:</b> Coordinate schedules, assist in handling new client onboarding, and ensure care plans meet each senior's needs.</p>
</li><li><p><b>Build a Team You're Proud Of:</b> Coach caregivers, celebrate wins, and create a culture of compassion and reliability.</p>
 </li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We're Looking For</b></h4>
<ul><li><p><b>5+ years of hands-on experience caring for seniors (Caregiver or CNA required)</b></p>
</li><li><p>Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills</p>
</li><li><p>A compassionate, team-first mindset</p>
</li><li><p>Reliable vehicle, insurance, and valid driver's license</p>
