 We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations and Logistics Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations, with a focus on shipping, inventory management, auction setup, and general logistical support.  Responsibilities:&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 Shipping and Logistics
 
 : Pack, label, and ship outgoing items efficiently and accurately. Track shipments and communicate with clients regarding shipping status.
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 Invoice Preparation
 
 : Generate and prepare invoices for completed jobs and sales, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 Supplies Management
 
 : Order supplies as needed, maintain appropriate stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Inventory Control: Keep accurate records of inventory, track usage on each job, and conduct regular inventory counts. Create and update numbers and color-coding for tape used in projects.
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Staff Scheduling: Assist in scheduling staff for auctions and other operational needs, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and events.
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 Auction Setup and Closing
 
 : Set up for new auctions, close out completed auctions, and ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:

 A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree preferred
 
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Three years of office management, logistics and operations experience preferred.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Superb communication skills
 
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
