</b></p></div><div><p>Our Data Intake Associates are the forefront to our billing department, they are responsible for precise data entry, document management and requesting necessary patient medical records to aid our accounts receivable personal justify medical necessity. We need individuals who understand the importance of protecting patients' right to privacy, review and release of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.<br>

</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
</p></li><li><p>Review all patient insurance information needed to complete coverage verification .
</p></li><li><p>Manage all incoming fax and mail correspondence.
</p></li><li><p>Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with state and federal guidelines .
</p></li><li><p>Review all patient insurance information needed to complete coverage verification .
</p></li><li><p>Work with clinical teams, facilities, and providers to ensure compliance of healthcare information management documentation<br>
</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b>Required Qualifications
</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>High School degree or equivalent required.
</p></li><li><p>Meets productivity/performance standards as set forth by management.
</p></li><li><p>Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations.
</p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
</p></li><li><p>Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates solid time management skills and organization
</p></li><li><p>Flexibility and ability to handle and manage frequent changes effectively and efficiently<br>
</p></li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><p><b>Preferred Qualifications
</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Prior experience working with Insurance providers in a payor setting .
</p></li><li><p>Must possess professionalism, superior organizational skills, communications skills that allow the ability to educate and influence, an unrelenting passion for persistent follow up, and a drive towards problem resolution.
</p></li><li><p>Drive for Results (Service, Quality, and Continuous Improvement) &ndash; Ensure procedures and processes are in place that will lead to delivery of quality results and continually reassess their effectiveness to achieve continuous improvement.
</p></li><li><p>Communication &ndash; Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to share and receive information and ideas from all levels of the organization to achieve the desired results.
</p></li><li><p>Teamwork &ndash; Commitment to the successful achievement of team and organizational goals through a desire to participate with and help other members of the team.
