Position Summary 
The Oncology Account Executive is a customer-facing sales professional responsible for driving sustained territory growth through new account acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships. This role combines strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and high-touch account management to position Caris as the preferred partner for comprehensive tumor profiling solutions. 
 
This position builds strong clinical and operational relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and key healthcare stakeholders. The Account Executive ensures an exceptional customer experience from order initiation through report delivery while supporting adoption and utilization of Caris molecular profiling solutions. The role partners closely with Regional Business Directors, Commercial Leadership, Client Services, and cross-functional teams to execute territory growth strategies. 
 
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of successful sales experience in oncology, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals, with demonstrated strength in consultative selling, account growth, and relationship management. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
Sales &amp; Territory Growth<ul><li>
Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting, value-based selling, and clinical education.</li><li>
Position Caris as a preferred or sole-source provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.</li><li>
Analyze territory opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.</li><li>
Meet or exceed assigned revenue, activity, and performance targets.</li></ul>
Account Management &amp; Customer Experience<ul><li>
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent in-person engagement.</li><li>
Ensure a seamless customer experience across the full order lifecycle.</li><li>
Maintain open communication with key account stakeholders and escalate issues when satisfaction is at risk.</li><li>
Execute retention strategies and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.</li></ul>
Clinical &amp; Technical Expertise<ul><li>
Engage with oncology clinicians and allied teams across clinics, pathology labs, and hospital settings.</li><li>
Support physicians with ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform, including access to PHI when required.</li><li>
Demonstrate and advise on technology solutions such as portals, EMR integrations, and workflows.</li><li>
Maintain strong knowledge of molecular profiling, biomarkers, and competitive offerings.</li></ul>
Business, Reimbursement &amp; Market Insight<ul><li>
Provide consultative guidance on billing, reimbursement, and payer dynamics.</li><li>
Serve as a resource on laboratory reimbursement and operational workflows.</li><li>
Share market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights with leadership.</li></ul>
Collaboration &amp; Administration<ul><li>
Collaborate with Client Services, Regional Business Directors, and Commercial Leadership.</li><li>
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and complete required administrative tasks.</li><li>
Maintain assigned company assets.</li><li>
Support meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.</li><li>
Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.</li><li>
Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.</li><li>
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel regularly.</li><li>
Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
5+ years of sales experience with oncology or molecular diagnostics focus.</li><li>
Established oncology or pathology relationships.</li><li>
Familiarity with hospital systems and pathology networks.</li></ul>

Position Summary:
The Commercial Education Manager ('Manager') is responsible for the development, implementation, and adoption of the training program within Caris Life Sciences, ensuring peak performance of the commercial group toward achieving the desired company goals and metrics. The Manager will report to the Director of Training and work closely with the other members of the Commercial Education Team, the Sales Leadership Team, Marketing, field-based personnel, and other departments to maintain a high level of communication, uncover needs, and create a strategy for constant improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge and Skills<ul><li>
Development, management, and deployment of core curriculum for new hires to the organization.</li><li>
Design (creates agenda and training materials) and facilitate training classes as necessary.</li><li>
Regularly assess the performance of the commercial team and seek to identifies regional, national, and role specific training needs and competency gaps and collaborate to devise a training plan(s) for improvement.</li><li>
Organize, lead, and present virtual and in-person trainings when requested.</li><li>
Field travel with members of the commercial team to learn about field challenges that can be supported by training as well as provide just in time coaching feedback to field team personnel and their supervisor.</li><li>
Collaborate with Learning &amp; Technology vendors.</li><li>
Maintain a general understanding of the company's core products, systems, and processes to develop training in any of these areas.</li><li>
Handle multiple simultaneous projects, prioritize to meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate calmness in times of uncertainty and under stress.</li><li>
Apply strategic and creative thinking.</li><li>
Use Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools when necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging training materials and reports.</li><li>
Create clear, well written, grammatically correct communications and training documents.</li><li>
Continuously explore, assess, and present cutting edge tools and industry trends to enhance the effectiveness of the Commercial Education department.</li><li>

Collaboration and Teaming<ul><li>
The Manager will work closely with other members of the Commercial Education Team and Senior Management throughout Caris to share and receive information and ideas from all levels of the organization in order to achieve the desired results.</li><li>
Work within a group setting and take a personal sense of responsibility for group performance.</li></ul>
Other<ul><li>
Submit all necessary paperwork, including travel itineraries, activity reports, monthly reports and expense reports, as required, accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Training and development experience in a biotech or healthcare related field.</li><li>
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare sales.</li><li>
Experience successfully coaching others.</li><li>
Proven ability to effectively present to small and large audiences.</li><li>
Must be a self-starter requiring little supervision.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.</li><li>
Proficient computer skills, which must include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Ability to travel up to 30%</li></ul>

Position Summary
The Clinical Data Coordinator is responsible for clinical data entry activities for the Caris Medical Affairs protocols and projects at the Caris Precision Oncology Alliance sites. The position will ensure the highest standards for clinical data integrity and quality are maintained in alignment with critical research efforts aimed to improve the treatment, health and medical outcomes for oncology patients. Responsible for the collection and review of clinical protocol research data; Interpretation of data (including appropriate source documentation) for entry into computerized databases; Good understanding of data definitions and case report forms and other information related to data collection for clinical research. Must respond to queries in a timely fashion. Schedule on-site visits to perform data review and EDC data entry.
Job Responsibilities
<ul><li>Abstract clinical data from subject source documentation.
</li><li>Enter clinical data into the study specific EDC case report forms.
</li><li>Clean the clinical data to verify accuracy.
</li><li>Update the EDC following verification of subject data, including the resolution of data queries.
</li><li>Track site goals and case report form completion.
</li><li>Prioritize site cases for analysis.
</li><li>Maintain study specific documentation.
</li><li>Perform QC audits of the clinical database.
</li><li>Support and adhere to Good Clinical Practices (GCP) guidelines, FDA, Institutional Review Board (IRB) and HIPAA regulations, Site Operating Procedures and ethical standards for the conduct of research clinical trials.
</li><li>Work closely with onsite team to confirm appropriate consenting is being performed and documented prior to data abstraction.
</li><li>Maintain to Caris and Site requirements for source document management and request for information.
</li><li>Act as site designated entry person.
</li><li>Willingness to travel to multiple investigative sites if required.
</li><li>Communicate effectively with the research team, investigator(s), Clinical Research Associate(s), study sponsor and ancillary staff.
</li></ul>Required Qualifications
<ul><li>Position requires 3-5 years of experience in data collection activities within a GCP/clinical research regulatory environment.
</li><li>Knowledgeable in critical elements for success in clinical trials. GCPs, ICH, and Code of Federal Regulations.
</li><li>Clinical study experience in the field of Oncology.
</li><li>Strong medical terminology understanding.
</li><li>Experience in both small and large scale project planning and reporting with strong communication and presentation skills.
</li><li>Experience in providing training for both internal and external staff with a mentorship approach for less experienced colleagues.
</li><li>Experience with EDC systems.
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use .
