What You'll Do</b></h2><p>
As a <b>Roving Leasing Agent</b>, you'll be the face of Carla Properties at our West Side communities, providing coverage and extra support where needed. Your day will be dynamic-greeting visitors, guiding prospects, supporting leasing activities, and ensuring our properties shine. You'll collaborate closely with Resident Managers and help maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Welcome and inform prospective residents about our communities</li><li>
Guide prospects through applications, rental agreements, and move-in processes</li><li>
Accurately enter data and generate reports using Yardi VoyagerTenant Tech</li><li>
Resolve resident issues with professionalism and care</li><li>
Oversee office workflow, process move-in/move-out paperwork, and manage rent collection</li><li>
Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed</li><li>
Support and motivate onsite staff, assist with hiring and training as requested</li><li>
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Carla Properties' policies</li><li>

What We're Looking For</b></h2><ul><li><b>
3+ years of leasing experience</b> (multifamily preferred)</li><li>
Excellent customer service and sales skills</li><li>
Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and ideally Yardi/Tenant Tech</li><li>
Stellar attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to work weekends and a flexible, roving schedule</li><li>
Professional, dependable, and confident communicator</li><li>
