<div>Are you passionate about training, safety, and workforce development in a manufacturing environment? Carley Foundry is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to lead, manage, and enhance our employee training programs while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for new hires, current employees, and management.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate training records, track progress, and report metrics.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits by providing training documentation and compliance records.</li>
<li>Promote continuous improvement and workforce development through engaging and effective learning programs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with management, HR, and employees to drive process improvements and a safe, productive work environment.</li>
</ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in manufacturing or foundry training, compliance, and auditing is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of curriculum and training design, instructional methods, and assessing training effectiveness.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and interact professionally with all levels of employees.</li>
</ul>Salary: The anticipated annual salary range is $60,000 to $75,000, based on education, experience, &amp; demonstrated skills. 
 
Hours Per Week: 40-45 hours
