<ul><li>Operate safely and in compliance with all established HSSE and DOT policies and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with other terminals to ensure the efficient and On Time Delivery of freight</li><li>Ensure processes are developed, followed, and improved upon when required</li><li>Perform as terminal's key business owner and problem solver for internal and external customers</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (federal, state, and local)</li><li>Responsible for ensuring hazardous material shipping is compliant</li><li>Coordinate with R&amp;M Manager to ensure fleet is safe and operable</li><li>Coordinate with Sales Department to ensure customer needs are met</li><li>Coordinate with IT on systems, design, and improvement</li><li>Promptly report and investigate all accidents, incidents and injuries in accordance with company policy</li><li>Develop, monitor and report department goals and KPIs to ensure progress is being made and adjust as necessary</li><li>Coordinate with Human Resources to recruit, hire, train, coach and discipline employees</li><li>Manage terminal budget, financial goals, and financial reporting</li><li>Manage terminal vendors, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance programs</li><li>Responsible for terminal capital budget process and equipment maintenance</li><li>Other work-related duties as assigned</li></ul></div>

Qualifications<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation</li><li>Ten years' experience in the freight handling and consolidation industry to include five years of progressive supervisory/management experience</li><li>Valid driver's license required</li></ul></div>

<ul><li>Knowledge of financial management principles and concepts</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve</li><li>Proficient knowledge of DOT regulations, weights, measures and hours of service</li><li>Ability to represent terminal to various groups in various settings including customers, trade groups, and industry events</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Alaska transportation and/or economic market desired</li><li>Ability to work independently or with a team, and make decisions that are in the best interest of the Company</li></ul>
