<div><div><div><p>Carlisle Residential is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team in the Columbia, SC area as we continue to grow our portfolio across the Carolinas!</p><p>
Summary of Position:</p><ul><li>
Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for all residents, prospects and visitors to the community.</li><li>
Show apartments and amenities to future residents by appointment or walk ins.</li><li>
Assist residents, answer the telephone, and respond to emails in a timely manner.</li><li>
Complete all leasing paperwork and ensure resident file is complete.</li><li>
Compile and process applications.</li><li>
Explain lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents.</li><li>
Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends and market surveys.</li><li>
Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.</li><li>
Assist with marketing activities within the community and local market.</li><li>
Plan and coordinate resident events.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:</p><ul><li>
A high school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
1+ years' experience in apartment leasing role preferred, or equivalent customer service and sales experience</li><li>
Experience with lease-up properties a plus</li></ul><p>
JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li>
Ability to maintain a professional image</li><li>
Good organizational skills</li><li>
Good verbal and written skills</li><li>
Strong customer service orientation</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation</li><li>
Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment</li></ul><p>
This position requires some weekends and holiday scheduling.<br>
