What we are hiring for:
Schedule: Part-time/Flexible on-call AM/PM
Pay Range: $37/hr.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul><li>Provide direct care and administer medications and treatments to residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care, in accordance with physician orders and state regulations.</li>
<li>Monitor residents&rsquo; health conditions, vital signs, and behavior; document and communicate changes to physicians, families, and team members promptly and accurately.</li>
<li>Support the development and ongoing updates of residents&rsquo; Personal Service Plans, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers.</li>
<li>Perform medical tasks such as wound care, catheter care, oxygen administration, and injections as permitted by licensure and community standards.</li>
<li>Supervise and monitor medication administration, including transcriptions, narcotic counts, and proper storage/disposal, ensuring full compliance with policy.</li>
<li>Respond to emergencies, manage family and resident concerns professionally, and maintain thorough shift documentation for quality and compliance.</li>
<li>May assist our residents with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance.</li>
<li>Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.</li>
<li>Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements.</li>
<li>Current nursing license required; must be in good standing and free of disciplinary action.</li>
<li>At least one year of experience preferred, but not required.</li></ul></div>
