Job Summary
The Product Sales Representative position is responsible for supporting our autonomous solutions products, worldwide. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive growth and deliver value-focused customer support. This position will work in a cross-functional environment with various internal departments including production, operations, product management and engineering. A key responsibility is to align functional resources to achieve targeted strategies and objectives, driving results.
What You'll Be Doing:
<ul><li>Building and cultivating partnerships with different customer profiles.</li><li>
Working as part of the larger team to help drive overall product growth across the organization.</li><li>
Presenting all features and benefits associated with stereo cameras in a variety of settings, including field presentations, customer events, trade shows, on-site visits and more.</li><li>
Creating and following a trajectory and business plan that aligns interdepartmentally with other groups.</li><li>
Reporting results on account growth and progress, goals, customer experience on a weekly basis. Pipeline progress.</li><li>
Gaining and analyzing customer feedback and being creative in implementing support in order to improve customer experience.</li><li>
Providing support with order management, interdepartmental operations, day-to-day tactical activities.</li><li>
Managing sales administration tasks: e.g. inbound inquiries, sales orders, purchase orders, tracking.
</li><li>Utilizing FreshDesk/CRM to manage customer information and interactions.</li></ul>
What You'll Have:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business or related field.</li><li>
2-3 years minimum technical sales experience, business to business.</li><li>
Technical selling experience within complex, consultative sales cycles.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.</li><li>
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.</li><li>
Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>
Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year.</li><li>
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers at various levels.</li><li>
Strong team player skills to cross-sell within existing accounts.</li></ul>
