Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily human resources operations and support organizational growth. The HR Supervisor will lead HR staff, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and implement effective HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and support the HR team in daily operations</li><li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes</li><li>Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies</li><li>Monitor performance management and appraisal processes</li><li>Coordinate training and development programs</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Support payroll coordination and benefits administration</li><li>Prepare HR reports and metrics for management</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1&ndash;2 years in a supervisory role</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
