These duties may be performed without specific prior discussion with the supervising physician. The supervising physician or his/her alternate will be on site for review of findings and plan of treatment.

Minimum Requirements:<ul>
<li>Graduate of accredited school of nursing.</li>
<li>Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.</li>
<li>Three years of professional nursing experience.</li>
<li>Current licensure in the state of North Carolina.</li>

<div>Job Summary: Assists in the registering, billing, and completion of miscellaneous clerical work. The work is repetitive in nature and follows standard procedures with little room for deviation. The employee must exercise courtesy in dealing with patients and other hospital staff. Work is performed under general supervision following a period of rigid on-the-job training and is checked by observation and quality control procedures. Provides secretarial support to the department as required.

Minimum Requirements:<ul>
<li>High school graduate or equivalent.</li>
<li>Previous experience in hospital registration and ICD/CPT coding preferred.</li>
<li>Science education preferred.</li>
<li>Types 40-45 words per minute with intermediate level of computer knowledge.</li>

Laboratory Assistant- CEP-OB/GYN

<div>Job Summary: A non-exempt position responsible for performing clerical and information technology functions for a healthcare provider in a clinic setting. This includes primary responsibility of the operation of the electronic health records and electronic dictation system which typically becomes part of the patient&rsquo;s permanent file. The scribe must perform all duties in the office while in the presence of the Provider.
