Minimum Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
High school graduate or GED equivalent with excellent communication skills both on the telephone and dealing with patients/coworkers/doctors&rsquo; offices in person.</li><li>
Must be able to function in stressful situations and with difficult personalities.</li><li>
Have and maintain a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in the State of North Carolina.</li><li>
Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.</li></ul></div>
