</div><div><b>Position Summary</b>
</div><div>The Business Strategy &amp; Analytics (BSA) team at Tepper Sports &amp; Entertainment, the parent company for the NFL&rsquo;s Carolina Panthers and the MLS&rsquo; Charlotte FC, is actively seeking a Partnerships &amp; Premium Business Analyst. This team member will have a direct hand in leveraging both internal and third-party data sources to assist the BSA team in developing, implementing, and maintaining a data-driven strategy to support Corporate Partnerships sales and service efforts for the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte FC, and Tepper Sports &amp; Entertainment initiatives.</div><br>

</div><div><b>Primary Responsibilities</b>
</div><ul><li>Lead and maintain all key business reports related to partnerships &amp; premium, including pipeline reporting</li>
<li>Partner with Senior Manager of CRM to drive partnership &amp; premium-specific CRM initiatives</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining, updating, troubleshooting, and ensuring the integrity of CRM for the Partnerships and Premium Teams</li>
<li>Revamp corporate partnerships &amp; premium approach to reporting and servicing by building new systems, onboarding members of the sales &amp; service team onto new systems, and mentoring more junior employees on partnerships teams on how to maintain systems moving forward</li>
<li>Assist the Corporate Partnerships &amp; Premium department's identification of new sales prospects and monitor League and industry trends to identify opportunities for new sales prospecting</li>
<li>Drive the use of AI to make the sales and service process across both Partnerships and Premium more efficient and effective</li>

<div><b>
Minimum Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>BA/BS degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics or related field</li>
<li>At least two+ (2+) years of relevant experience</li>
<li>Power user of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and the Google suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets)</li>
<li>Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools</li>
<li>Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Football Club and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays</li>
<li>Must pass pre-employment screens</li></ul><br>

Preferred Qualifications</b></div>
<ul>
<li>At least one year of experience within sports, preferably for a team</li>
<li>Experience with KORE</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics</li></ul><br>
