Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Must be familiar with PracticeQ, IntakeQ and medical billing.Duties<ul><li>Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.</li><li>Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.</li><li>Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.</li><li>Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.</li><li>Assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-organized workspace.</li><li>Support personal assistant duties for executives or team members when required.</li><li>Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus, managing patient interactions and appointments.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities are essential.</li><li>A background in office management or personal assistant roles is advantageous.</li></ul>We look forward to welcoming a dedicated Administrative Assistant who can contribute positively to our team environment!Job Type: Part-timePay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Able to work from 8:30 to 5:30 on Monday and Thursday?</li><li>Able to work a half day on Friday and be off on Saturday, and next week be off on Friday and work a half day on Saturday?
