The Role</b></h2>
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who excels in data analysis, attention to detail, and cross-functional problem-solving. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Finance &mdash; supporting Carpe&rsquo;s upcoming retail launch in early 2025 and ensuring seamless execution across forecasting, inventory, and retail operations.<br>

You&rsquo;ll work closely with the Head of Operations and Head of Sales to forecast demand, plan inventory, analyze sell-through performance, and resolve chargebacks or deductions with retail partners. This role offers an opportunity to be deeply involved in the daily rhythm of a fast-growing CPG brand while learning every facet of how products move from factory to retail shelf.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2><b>
Forecasting &amp; Analytics</b><ul><li>
Build and maintain sales forecasts for retail partners in collaboration with Sales and Operations.</li><li>
Analyze sell-in and sell-through trends by SKU, channel, and promotion to inform planning decisions.</li><li>
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for demand forecasting and inventory performance.</li></ul><b>
Inventory &amp; Operations</b><ul><li>
Translate sales forecasts into actionable production and replenishment plans.</li><li>
Partner with supply chain and 3PL teams to monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocks.</li><li>
Support new product launches, planograms, and promotional activity execution.</li></ul><br>
<b>
Retail Execution &amp; Compliance</b><ul><li>
Investigate and resolve retailer chargebacks, deductions, and compliance issues.</li><li>
Partner with Finance to ensure trade spend and deduction accuracy.</li><li>
Maintain data integrity in retailer portals and internal systems, ensuring all item setup and pricing details are accurate.</li></ul><b>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</b><ul><li>
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align forecasts, resolve issues, and streamline retail processes.</li><li>
Serve as a key contact for retail partners on sales and operational questions.</li><li>
Support ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Who You Are</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales operations, retail analytics, or supply chain (CPG or retail experience preferred)</li><li>
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts)</li><li>
Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments</li><li>
Self-starter who&rsquo;s curious, organized, and eager to learn</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Role Overview</b></h2>
We're looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to help us reach our ambitious growth goals and join our team based in Durham, North Carolina. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for all of Carpe&rsquo;s database marketing efforts, including the creation, maintenance, growth, analysis, and project management of all retention marketing campaigns.<br>
This role demands exceptional project management, extreme attention to detail, and an obsession with coming up with new ideas and driving profitable growth. The ideal candidate is highly creative, data-driven, entrepreneurial, performance and growth-oriented, and possesses a vibrant and positive attitude. Campaign Development</b> &ndash; Design, implement, and manage world-class, high-converting email and SMS campaigns to retain and re-engage customers.</li><li><b>
Content Creation &amp; Audience Segmentation</b> &ndash; Utilize data to effectively segment audiences and tailor messaging that resonates with various segments of our customer base.</li><li><b>
Automation </b>&ndash;<b> </b>Develop and maintain automated workflows and drip campaigns to increase new and returning customer sales.</li><li><b>
Performance Analysis </b>&ndash; Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of email and SMS campaigns, using insights to optimize future efforts and improve engagement and conversion rates.</li><li><b>
Content Strategy &ndash;</b> Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create and implement content strategies aligned with growth objectives and customer pain points.</li><li><b>

Cross-Functional Collaboration &ndash;</b> Work with other marketing team members, including our graphic designer and Performance Marketing Content Manager to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.</li><li><b>
