Bergen Pipe Supports is currently hiring a full-time Utility Tech/Laborer to work out of one of our offices in Donora, PA. The Utility Staff are responsible for operating and maintaining the hydraulic and/or mechanical press equipment, industrial saws, and other fabrication machinery as needed.
 
Essential Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Operate equipment in accordance with the work order.</li>
<li>Select the proper template and materials for the work order.</li>
<li>Assist the department foreman in meeting production targets.</li>
<li>Assist in other departments when downtime occurs.</li>
<li>Maintain quality standards.</li>
<li>Keep work area clean and orderly.</li>
<li>Notify managers concerning any non-conformities and the need for repairs to the facility or equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain a healthy and safe working environment.</li>
</ul>
Days/Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
 
Ideal Candidate: 
<ul>
<li>Candidates must be able to read a tape measure quickly and accurately in order to keep scrap at a minimum.</li>
<li>Have exceptional attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong focus on safety and quality; team player mentality a must.</li>
<li>Have ability to apply computer software skills, ability to learn applications quickly.</li>
<li>Have good working knowledge of figures and numbers.</li>
<li>Be able to work quickly and efficiently.</li>
</ul>
Be able to lift and carry heavy objects (over 50 pounds).

Carpenter & Paterson, Inc. is currently hiring for an Outbound Sales Specialist to work out of our Corona, CA location, but working the surrounding areas. This position achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account insight within a multi-state territory in the northeast. Identifies solid market segment by effectively selling the company’s catalog and engineered pipe supports, as well our engineered designs and project management related to infrastructure projects. This sales position will also be responsible for personally contacting and securing new business accounts and customers.
 
Essential Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in order to generate new business for the organization’s products and services</li>
<li>Respond to prospective customer inquiries and requests for quotations</li>
<li>Perform business development calls, presentations, and related follow up</li>
<li>Consult with builders on industrial building projects to ensure ideal placement of product</li>
<li>Identify new business opportunities within distribution, end user targets, and large industrial projects</li>
<li>Train end users on C&P’s products and services</li>
<li>Support existing product lines by fielding technical questions from customers</li>
<li>Direct customer interface - daily as well as one to two nights a week - overnight travel is required</li>
<li>Become technically proficient in customers’ applications as well as gain knowledge of new uses for existing products</li>
<li>Participates in trade shows and conventions</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate: 
<ul>
<li>Sales experience in pipe hangers, engineered pipe supports, industrial construction, wastewater projects, or other relative construction is a plus</li>
<li>A commitment to our culture of teamwork and collaboration is essential</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record</li>
<li>Good organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate solid sales strategy system.</li>
<li>Above average verbal and written communication</li>
</ul>
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
