 Role Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Designation: Sr.Sales Engineer - HVAC Retrofit &amp; Replacement
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers and drive retrofit &amp; replacement opportunities for HVAC Plant room solutions (Chillers, DX and Airside equipments).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct site visits and assess existing HVAC systems to determine efficiency gaps and recommend retrofit solutions for improved efficiency and performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and present proposals through solution-based selling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing and implement custom Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for HVAC systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Staying current with emerging HVAC technologies, building codes, and energy regulations.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Role Purpose
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 The roles and responsibilities for a position focused on HVAC plant room solutions, including building customer relationships, conducting site assessments, proposing retrofit solutions, and designing energy conservation measures.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in HVAC Sales/Retrofit
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in HVAC controls and Automations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in sales HVAC equipments, chillers, VRF and packages
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Kuwait market
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
 
 
 </li>

 About This Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer to be assigned to our AnkaraRegion Office.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor and control financial risks within the sales channels and ensure the achievement of regional targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market and competitor analyses for commercial products in the assigned region
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend and implement actions to increase regional market share
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop new customers within the commercial product market
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, implement, and supervise sales policies and plans for each sales channel
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in sales and marketing of heating systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales of heating and/or renewable energy systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills; proactive and able to guide others
 </li>
 <li>
 Active driver
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team player
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-oriented, adaptable, and persuasive
 </li>
 <li>
