JOB DESCRIPTION 
POSITION SUMMARY
Description:
This is a full-time Tier I support position acting as a gatekeeper for all IT related issues. This person will escalate issues when necessary to other personnel, but instead of a traditional hand-off from one person to another, in most cases, stand over someone's shoulder and &quot;See&quot; the solution so learning is always occurring.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Tier I Help Desk and occasional coordination of technical support with outside vendors</li><li>
Ticket escalation</li><li>
Support for field technology</li><li>
Participate in mobile device management.</li><li>
New user equipment setup and imaging
</li><li>Meeting Room AV Support</li><li>
Participate in occasional after-hours help desk support and system maintenance.</li><li>
Ability to quickly transition between tasks.
</li></ul>Environment:<ul><li>
Six office locations</li><li>
20 jobsite locations</li><li>
Occasional same day travel to jobsites or remote offices (less than 5%)</li><li>
Will work from our office at 330 Main Street Gainesville, GA 30503</li><li>
Ability to lift the weight of a traditional laptop or monitor.</li></ul>
Experience and Education:<ul><li>
Minimum two-year degree in a related program</li><li>
Two years&rsquo; experience in a help desk position</li></ul>
