Who We Want

Support wealth advisors and planners by preparing client review materials, drafting paperwork, and ensuring client accounts are accurately established and maintained. Deliver timely, professional client service and responsive communication. Analyze financial planning data to support recommendations under advisor direction. Coordinate with operations to complete follow‑ups and resolve issues. Participate in meetings, trainings, and client events as needed.

What To Expect

<li>Client Service &amp; Communication: Provide positive and professional service to assigned clients. Respond to client communications promptly and route complex questions to the appropriate advisor or team member. Maintain confidentiality and a client‑first mindset.</li>
<li>Planning Support &amp; Analysis: Assist in developing annual client review materials. Gather and organize planning inputs and documents. Analyze basic to moderately complex financial planning scenarios under advisor supervision and summarize findings.</li>
<li>Operations &amp; Documentation: Prepare new account and maintenance paperwork accurately. Track status of forms, signatures, and transfers. Ensure client records and account details are complete, current, and compliant.</li>
<li>Collaboration &amp; Workflow: Interact with the operations team to coordinate planning tasks and follow‑ups. Participate in daily advisor huddles and team meetings to align on priorities and next steps.</li>
<li>Meetings &amp; Events: Attend client meetings and firm events as needed. Capture notes and action items and assist with post‑meeting follow‑up.</li>
<li>Continuous Learning: Complete required trainings and continuing education activities. Seek opportunities to expand knowledge of financial planning tools and processes.</li>
<li>Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.</li>

What You Need
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook required.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills required.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail required.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and commitment to extraordinary client service required.</li>
<li>Ability to work in an office-based environment with occasional attendance at client meetings and firm events required.</li>
<li>Minimal travel required.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field in progress or anticipated preferred.</li>
<li>Experience working in a professional office environment preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of financial advisor office tools such as Orion and Salesforce preferred.</li>

The total rewards expected for this role include a starting hourly wage between $16/hour-$17/hour.
