Who We Want</h5>

We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Digital Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in digital marketing strategy who are eager to lead cross-channel campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive strategic growth initiatives. As a Digital Specialist, you will collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop and execute data-informed digital strategies that enhance brand presence and achieve business objectives.

What To Expect</h5>
<ul><li>Strategic Planning &amp; Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals, campaign objectives, and business priorities.</li>
<li>Cross-Channel Campaigns: Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to create and execute integrated campaigns across multiple platforms (website, social media, email, and display advertising).</li>
<li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies and drive better outcomes.</li>
<li>Collaborative Integration: Work independently while seamlessly integrating with larger teams and cross-functional projects, aligning digital strategies with broader business goals.</li>
<li>Digital Strategy Governance: Contribute to the development of strategy guidelines, governance, and workflows that ensure consistency and support future growth.</li></ul> 

<h5 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Need</h5>
<ul><li>5+ years of digital strategy experience with a proven track record of developing and executing strategies in B2B, B2C, and Partner affiliate environments.</li>
<li>Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to create strategies across a variety of channels (SEO, social media, websites, email, etc.).</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously, manage projects with minimal oversight, and meet deadlines while collaborating effectively with larger teams.</li>
<li>Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and constantly evolving digital landscape, with the flexibility to adjust strategies as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with agility and accountability.</li></ul>

The total rewards expected for this role include:

<li>Starting annual base salary between $70,000 - $89,075.</li>
<li>Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)</li>
<li>Competitive benefits including 401(k) with company contribution, PTO, Parental Leave, Sabbatical Leave, Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, Life and AD&amp;D Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability, Work/Life Benefits and Holistic Wellbeing Programs.</li>
