Digital DesignerCarson Gifts, a wholesale company in the gift industry is seeking a Digital Designer who will work closely with members of the planning team to design artwork that can be applied to consumer goods and products. Such items are sold to our customer base of gift retailers, souvenir shops, florists and specialty stores across the United States. Example product lines include drinkware, home d&eacute;cor, wind chimes, garden d&eacute;cor and seasonal decorative items.Responsibilities:&middot; Execute designs in a timely manner&middot; Illustrate concepts and create digital artwork for application on our products&middot; Create a variety of file types needed for final output across web &amp; print&middot; Use AI to create assets needed&middot; Create well composed layouts that include typography, graphic logo like designs, digital paintings, and fine art.Qualifications:&middot; Degree in Art/Design or equivalent 2+ years experience in a design related field&middot; Demonstrate knowledge of basic design principles, including color theory and composition&middot; Excellent verbal and written communication skills&middot; Strong attention to detail&middot; Ability to work independently&middot; Proficient using the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator &amp; Firefly&middot; Professional Portfolio required for consideration&middot; A skill assessment will be required prior to the applicant being interviewed&middot; Photography experience a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: Based on ExperienceBenefits:&middot; 4 Day work week&middot; 401(k) matching&middot; Health insurance&middot; Dental insurance&middot; Vision insurance&middot; Employee discount&middot; Life insurance&middot; Paid time off&middot; Paid HolidaysSchedule:&middot; Day shift 7am &ndash; 4:30pm&middot; Monday to Thursday (except Holiday weeks)Work Location: On-Site Freeport, PA (this is not a remote position)Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
