Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks across our facilities, ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and facilities maintenance to make a positive impact every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common spaces to meet health and safety standards</li><li>Conduct industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including high dusting or deep cleaning of large areas</li><li>Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed for equipment or infrastructure</li><li>Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries</li><li>Keep detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any issues or damages to management promptly</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred</li><li>Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is advantageous</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently</li><li>Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining high standards of cleanliness</li></ul>Join us in creating a clean, safe environment where everyone can thrive!
