POSITION SUMMARY</b></p><p>
The Part-Time Recruiter is responsible for supporting Carter LOGISTEED Express Inc./Carter LOGISTEED Logistics LLC. in hiring quality candidates for high-volume, hourly positions, with a primary focus on forklift operators and entry-level warehouse roles. This role plays a key part in maintaining a steady pipeline of candidates to meet operational staffing needs.</p><p><b>
RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Review and screen applications for hourly and entry-level positions</li><li>
Actively recruit candidates for forklift operator and warehouse roles</li><li>
Conduct interviews via phone, virtual platforms, and occasional in-person meetings</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers</li><li>
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process</li><li>
Move candidates through the hiring process within the applicant tracking system</li><li>
Partner with site leadership to understand ongoing and urgent staffing needs</li><li>
Assist with high-volume recruiting efforts, including job postings and sourcing</li><li>
Support onboarding coordination as needed</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p><b>
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Strong attention to detail and organization</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions in a fast-paced environment</li><li>

Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Comfortable recruiting for high-volume, hourly roles</li><li>
Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, ATS systems)</li><li>
Ability to build rapport quickly with entry-level candidates</li></ul></div><p><b>
EDUCATION:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
2+ years of recruiting experience in a search firm, staffing, or corporate recruiting environment</li></ul></div><p><b>

POSITION SUMMARY</b></p><p>
The Dispatcher oversees and coordinates the activities of the drivers by updating websites and monitoring the timeliness of the routes. This role will successfully and professionally communicate with suppliers, customers, drivers, Internal departments, and terminal locations.</p><p><b>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>
Know, support, and enforce company policies and expectations.</li><li>
Effectively manage drivers using current company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Dispatch drivers to and from facility while managing driver routes.</li></ul><p><b>
EDUCATION:</b></p><p>
High School Diploma or GED required.</p><p><b>
EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p>
Prior dispatch, route management and dispatching experience is a plus. Working knowledge in logistics and manufacturing is preferred. Must be able to work independently and effectively communicate within all levels of the organization. Must be highly organized, responsible, and dependable to problem solve and work in high pressure situations.</p><p><b>
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p>
None</p><p><b>
COMPUTER SKILLS:</b></p><p>
Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook email required. Knowledge of TMW software is a plus. Must have the ability to learn new programs as necessary.</p><p><b>

Solid work history and willingness to successfully function in a team environment.</p><p><b>
