We are looking for individuals who have <b>previous automotive sales experience.</b><br>
<br>
<b>Pay</b> - Sales Consultants are paid on a <b>full commission + bonus pay plan</b> with a guarantee of at least 1.5 times minimum wage for all hours worked. Experienced sales consultants can earn well over <b>$150,000.</b><br>

<b>Schedule:</b></div>
 <div>Monday - Tuesday: OFF</div>
<div>Wednesday - Thursday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM</div>
<div>Friday - Saturday rotating shifts 9:30AM - 3:00PM OR 1:30PM - 7:00PM</div>
<div>Sunday Rotating shift 10:00AM -5:00PM OR 11AM - 6:00 PM

<b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Build relationships &amp; create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.</li>
<li>Be the vehicle expert. Know the in&rsquo;s &amp; the out&rsquo;s of product offerings, optional packages &amp; latest technology</li>
<li>Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.</li>
<li>Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.</li>
<li>Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations</li>
<li>Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.</li>
<li>Bring your &lsquo;A game&rsquo; &amp; positive attitude with you every day</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Available to work flexible hours &amp; weekends</li>
<li><b>Previous 2 years of Automotive Sales experience is required</b></li>
<li>Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in&rsquo;s &amp; out&rsquo;s</li>
<li><div>Fantastic communication skills with your customers</div>
</li><li><div>WA State driver's license is required</div>
</li><li>Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.</li>
<li>Clean &amp; Clear WA state driving record is required</li>
<li>Pre-employment background check, reference check &amp; drug screen is required</li>
