 Role Purpose
 
 
 The In-Store Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and representing the brand values of Carter &amp; White. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and building long-term customer relationships.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Sales &amp; Customer Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Welcome and engage customers in a professional, courteous, and brand-aligned manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining an authentic luxury experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2. Product Knowledge &amp; Brand Representation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and brand storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate product features, benefits, and care instructions clearly to customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the brand image, values, and standards at all times.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. Store Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and discrepancies are reported immediately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support opening and closing procedures as per store guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in receiving, checking, tagging, and displaying merchandise.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4. Visual Merchandising &amp; Store Standards
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines and seasonal layouts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Replenish stock on the shop floor and ensure correct pricing and tagging.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 5. Inventory &amp; Stock Control
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report low stock levels, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise to prevent loss or damage.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 6. Teamwork &amp; Communication
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and team members to achieve store goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend training sessions, briefings, and performance reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 7. Compliance &amp; Security
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Adhere to company security, health &amp; safety, and loss-prevention policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Experience

 High school diploma or equivalent.

 Previous retail or sales experience preferred (luxury retail experience is an advantage).
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.
 </li>
