 RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision-makers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and identify potential strategic partners aligned with Cartona's strategic objectives and target market segments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create demand for Cartona's products and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve revenue targets by increasing the GMV per account.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and match them to Cartona's product/service strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide excellent service and support to build strong relationships and solve operational issues between suppliers, restaurants, and the company to maintain high service levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide quarterly reviews to partners to showcase growth areas and potential improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work internally with various departments to ensure all requirements of the brand are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate cross-functionally with different internal departments to execute strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand through Excel and our system.

 REQUIREMENTS

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in key account management is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in acquiring and managing new key accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic mindset with a focus on business growth and increasing GMV.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills to handle challenges quickly and effectively.
