Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle company and employee documents (licenses, contracts, renewals, MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.)</li><li>Liaise with government &amp; semi-government entities for submissions, updates, and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain and organize company files (hard copy + digital)</li><li>Track payments, renewals, and deadlines</li><li>Prepare simple reports, letters, and forms</li><li>Assist with supplier coordination and basic procurement tasks</li><li>Run errands when needed</li><li>Perform all general support tasks required by the owner</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>UAE experience</li><li>Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Organized, dependable, and proactive</li><li>Good knowledge of UAE government portals is a big advantage (MOHRE, ICP, DED, Tasheel, etc.)</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is a Must</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks</li><li>Trustworthy and discreet with documents</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1.00 - AED11.00 per monthWork Location: On the road
