You'll greet guests warmly, manage the flow of seating, answer phones, and help create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.Lead HostAs a Lead Host, you will take ownership of the host stand, help coordinate guest flow, support and train the host team, work closely with management, and help ensure a seamless guest experience throughout service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality</li><li>Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating</li><li>Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries</li><li>Coordinate with managers, servers, and support staff to maintain smooth service flow</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance area</li><li>Assist with guest requests and special accommodations</li><li>Create a positive first impression that reflects the CASA brand</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities for Lead Hosts<ul><li>Assist management with daily front-of-house operations</li><li>Help train and mentor new hosts</li><li>Monitor seating efficiency and table management</li><li>Help resolve guest concerns professionally</li><li>Serve as a leadership presence at the front door during service</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Reliable transportation and strong attendance</li><li>Evening and weekend availability preferred</li><li>Previous restaurant experience is a plus</li></ul>Lead Host Qualifications<ul><li>Prior restaurant hosting experience preferred</li><li>Leadership, supervisory, or training experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to take initiative and lead by example</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience and position</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Growth and advancement opportunities</li><li>Positive and supportive team culture</li><li>Comprehensive training</li><li>Opportunity to help build an exciting new restaurant from the ground up</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time &amp; Part-timeLocation: CASA &ndash; Oakhurst, NJIf you love hospitality, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of building something special, we'd love to hear from you.&quot;At CASA, we're not simply seating guests&mdash;we're welcoming them into our home.&quot;Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
