Role OverviewThe manager position will oversee Casa Glow&rsquo;s business operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of services, scaling our brand, and driving profitability. As a key executive, you will work closely with the CEO to establish and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with our growth goals and industry leadership.This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the aesthetics industry, particularly within the competitive NYC market. The ideal candidate will be innovative, results-driven, and passionate about enhancing the client experience while ensuring operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations:&#9679; Oversee the day-to-day operations of CasaGlow, ensuring an unparalleled client experience in all services offered (Botox, fillers, facials, laser treatments, etc.).&#9679; Establish and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance team performance.&#9679; Create and execute a strategic vision that supports CasaGlow&rsquo;s long-term goals.&#9679; Develop and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain consistency and high standards.&#9679; Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations for medical spa operations.Growth and Expansion:&#9679; Manage all operational and logistical aspects.&#9679; Identify new market opportunities within NYC and surrounding areas, including partnerships, collaborations, and future locations.&#9679; Expand Casa Glow&rsquo;s service offerings by analyzing trends in the aesthetics industry and implementing innovative solutions that align with client demands.Marketing and Business Development:&#9679; Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that increase brand visibility and attract new clientele in NYC&rsquo;s highly competitive market.&#9679; Collaborate with marketing professionals and agencies to develop and execute strategies that increase brand visibility and attract new clientele in NYC&rsquo;s highly competitive market.&#9679; Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, email campaigns, website optimization and social media to drive client engagement and retention.&#9679; Implement strategies to boost online presence and optimize CasaGlow&rsquo;s ranking on Google and other platforms.&#9679; Evaluate and refine loyalty programs, promotions, and client retention initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and lifetime value.&#9679; Research industry trends to expand service offerings and introduce innovative treatments aligned with client demand.Team Leadership and Development:&#9679; Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring a culture of professionalism, accountability, and collaboration.&#9679; Implement training programs to upskill staff and ensure exceptional client care.Financial Management:&#9679; Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial health and profitability across all locations.&#9679; Analyze P&amp;L (Profit and Loss) statements, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising service quality.&#9679; Set and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.Client Experience:&#9679; Maintain a strong focus on delivering a luxury, personalized client experience to ensure retention and referrals.&#9679; Regularly analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.Qualifications:&#9679; 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership roles, with at least 5+ years in the aesthetics, and medical spa industry.&#9679; Industry Expertise: Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the aesthetics, beauty, and wellness, with a deep understanding of the NYC market.&#9679; Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and cultivate a collaborative work environment.&#9679; Operational Excellence: Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, streamlining operations, and achieving measurable growth.&#9679; Marketing Knowledge: Experience with marketing strategy development, especially in SEO, digital campaigns, and client retention programs.&#9679; Visionary Mindset: Ability to align strategies with long-term business goals while staying adaptable to change.&#9679; Client-Centric: Passionate about enhancing client satisfaction, building high-performing teams, and scaling a luxury brand.&#9679; A bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.What We Offer:&#9679; Equity Opportunity&#9679; Supportive Work Environment: A collaborative, professional team passionate about aesthetics and wellness.&#9679; Career Growth: The opportunity to be part of an expanding luxury brand with plans for growth.Benefits:<ul><li>Family leave</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
