If you&rsquo;ve touched any part of U.S. real estate investment &mdash; acquisitions, dispo, marketing, or transaction support &mdash; we can train you into a full dispo seat.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Deal Onboarding<ul><li>Review each new contract and confirm property details (beds/baths, condition, roof, HVAC, plumbing, HOA, taxes, permits, etc.).</li><li>Log due diligence, access, and closing deadlines into the shared calendar.</li></ul>Marketing New Deals<ul><li>Launch professional email campaigns via Mailchimp/REsimpli.</li><li>Run SMS blasts and follow-ups with investor lists.</li><li>Organize property photos and post in 40+ targeted Facebook groups.</li></ul>Buyer Outreach<ul><li>Call, text, and email VIP buyers with new deals.</li><li>Maintain and update buyer sheets in Google Drive.</li><li>Contact local realtors with active/sold comps and offer commissions.</li><li>Use PropStream &amp; SmarterContact to skip trace and engage new buyers.</li></ul>Pipeline &amp; CRM Management<ul><li>Track all showings, offers, and negotiations in REsimpli.</li><li>Work with the TC to ensure smooth closings.</li><li>Keep clean records for marketing attribution and KPI tracking.</li></ul>QualificationsWe&rsquo;re flexible to train the right person &mdash; but you should come in with some real estate investment exposure (any role in wholesaling, dispo, acquisitions, or REI marketing).Must-haves:<ul><li>Fluent spoken &amp; written English (near-native American accent required).</li><li>Experience with REsimpli and PropStream (daily users preferred).</li><li>Sales background: confident on the phone, persuasive, relationship-driven.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deals at once.</li><li>Tech-savvy: comfortable with modern CRMs, spreadsheets, and automation tools.</li></ul>Nice-to-haves (huge plus):<ul><li>Computer Science or Data background &mdash; ability to work with code, automations, or data analysis will make you stand out.</li><li>Familiarity with Zillow, MLS comps, and off-market buyer targeting.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).</li><li>Performance bonuses on every deal you close.</li><li>Growth path into senior dispositions or cross-team leadership roles as we scale.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Really Looking ForWe&rsquo;ve found that dispositions isn&rsquo;t for everyone. Role OverviewWe are seeking a Disposition Manager to join our team and help manage the transaction pipeline from signed contracts to closed deals. You will work directly with our CEO and our Dispositions Lead, the Transaction Coordinator Manager, and our Acquisitions Managers.This is a remote, full-time position for a sharp, organized, and sales-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Critical Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Don&rsquo;t Qualify)<ul><li>Fluent English with a near-native American accent</li><li>This role involves direct communication with U.S. buyers, sellers, and realtors.
